By downloading or using one of our apps, these terms will automatically apply to you, so you must ensure you read them carefully before using the application.

It is expressly prohibited to modify the application or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the application's source code, and you must not try to translate the application into other languages or create derivative versions.

We are committed to ensuring that the application is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the application or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the application or its services without explaining to you beforehand why you are paying.

The service stores and processes the personal data you provide to us in order to offer our service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the application secure. Therefore, we are not responsible for any malfunction of the service if the device has been rooted, a process that involves removing the restrictions and limitations of software imposed by your device's official operating system.

Certain features of the application require an active internet connection. We cannot guarantee that the application will function properly if you do not have access to a Wi-Fi network and/or if you have no remaining mobile data.

If you use the application outside a Wi-Fi area, you should remember that the terms of agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. Accordingly, you may be charged for the data used during the connection while accessing the application, or other third-party charges. By using the application, you accept responsibility for such charges, including charges if you use the application outside your territory without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer of the device on which you are using the application, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer to use the application.

Likewise, we are not responsible for the conditions under which you use the application. For example, if your device is not charged, and you cannot turn it on to use the application.

Regarding our responsibility for your use of the application, it is important to note that while we strive to ensure it is up-to-date and functioning correctly at all times, we depend on third-party services that provide us with information, so we can make it available to you. We accept no responsibility for any loss, direct or indirect, that you may experience as a result of relying solely on this application.

The application is currently available on Android and iOS. System requirements, and those of any additional systems to which we may decide to expand the application's availability, may change, and you will need to download updates if you wish to continue using it. We cannot update the app to make it relevant for you and/or work with the version of Android or iOS installed on your device.

In the event that we decide to remove the application from the app store, we may do so at any time without notifying you, and unless we indicate otherwise, the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will terminate; you must stop using the application and (if necessary) delete it from your device.
